PPA Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPA Teacher to join our team at Flourish Education Ltd. As a PPA Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons and marking students' work in line with each school's policy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching KS1 and KS2, hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and possess excellent behaviour and classroom management skills. You will also need to provide a strong school reference from your recent employer and a minimum of 2 references from the last 24 months from an educational background.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £185 per day, the option of PAYE or Umbrella, holiday pay, pension contributions, and a £100 welcome to the team bonus. You will also receive free safeguarding level 1, Prevent, and FGM training, as well as KCSIE-compliant safeguarding and prevent duty training.
We work with a variety of schools in Birmingham, including Sutton Coldfield, Erdington, and Kingstanding. Most schools offer onsite parking, and we promise to never pressure you into working and will only offer you work where and when you want it.
