We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to join a fast-growing startup with uncapped earning potential and a flexible work schedule.
Our client is a rapidly expanding B2B lead generation startup, looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to turn opportunities into lasting client relationships.
You will be responsible for managing the initial sales process to secure deals and ensuring smooth handovers to the account management team.
The successful candidate will have a high level of self-motivation, confidence, and a proven track record of closing deals.
Key Requirements- Proven track record of closing deals
- High level of self-motivation and confidence
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Competitive Salary: Starting at £30k base, with a realistic Year 1 OTE of £70k - £100k
- Generous Commission Structure: Earn 10% on all sales up to £20k/month and 15% on all sales above £20k/month
- Inbound Leads: We generate a significant volume of leads, so you'll spend your time closing deals, not prospecting
