About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Executive to join our team at Legal & General. As a Senior Design Executive, you will play a key role in creating and implementing our brand visual identity across all marketing materials and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop marketing materials for various print and digital formats, including marketing literature, advertising, and social media assets.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Design to create and update RFP and pitch templates, and work on new business opportunities and submissions for the UK Private Markets team.
  • Apply and promote the brand visual identity across all communications, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Regularly review and ensure the visual identity is consistent across LGIM's social media channels.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and act as the first line of defence to ensure materials comply with current regulations.
  • Liaise with agency partners, printers, and suppliers to produce and print materials.
  • Utilize various software, including Adobe Creative Suite, to create marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the print and digital production process.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design and basic understanding of web design.
