Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantum Computing Researcher to join our team at STFC. As a key member of our Neutral Atom Quantum Computing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying robust and re-usable quantum computing platforms to support our technology roadmap.

As an experimental physicist, you will work closely with our software team to design and implement control systems, and collaborate with industry partners to improve the reliability of the neutral atom platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience of research in atomic, molecular, or optical quantum technologies

  • Familiarity with R&D or laboratory environments
