Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Edwardstow Court. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Participate in care planning and review meetings
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
