Assistant Headteacher - Designated Safeguarding Lead Job Summary

Assistant Headteacher

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team. As a highly skilled classroom teacher, you will be responsible for improving the quality of education and opportunities for students across our school. This role involves being the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead.

As a highly organized individual with meticulous attention to detail, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of curriculum design and an evidence-informed approach to pedagogy. You will be ambitious for all pupils, enabling them to thrive within a caring, positive environment.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, leadership experience, and the qualities to enable Kingsthorpe College to improve and drive standards for excellence.
