We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our store at Shepshed.

About the Role:

As a Store Manager at Pavers Shoes, you will be responsible for driving the performance of your store, making informed commercial decisions, and leading your team in creating a customer-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Collaborate with the area manager and head office teams to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the store team.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising to maintain a high level of store appearance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive growth.
