About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Lead to join our team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key leadership role and manage a full mechanical team.

The successful candidate will support the site-based, electrically biased Project Director and be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within budget and scope.

As a senior member of our team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution, manage risks, and maintain high-quality standards.

This position requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full mechanical team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Project Director to plan and execute projects, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution, from planning to completion.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management).
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the MEP industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
