About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pasty Chef to join our team at Treehouse Manchester. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats that exceed our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pastry recipes that showcase your creativity and skill.
  • Oversee the production of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats in our bakery.
  • Lead a team of pastry professionals to ensure exceptional service and high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative desserts and pastries that showcase our brand's unique style.
  • Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to lead a team of pastry professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
