We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team at Kings Camps. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy, fun, and inclusive sports sessions to children aged 5-17 years.
As a Sports Coach, you will work closely with our Camp Manager and a team of like-minded individuals to create a safe and engaging environment for our campers. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver sports sessions that cater to the needs and abilities of our campers, ensuring that every child has a positive and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality sports sessions to children aged 5-17 years
- Design and implement sports programs that cater to the needs and abilities of our campers
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our campers at all times
- Work collaboratively with our Camp Manager and team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- At least 6 months' experience working with children from 5-17 years
- At least 3 months' experience coaching a sport or active games
- Vibrant, resilient, and team-player qualities
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Level 2 or higher qualification in Primary or Secondary Teaching, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education
- Paediatric First Aid certification (training opportunities available)
