We are seeking an experienced English teacher to join our team at Hailsham Community College. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire students to become avid readers, confident orators, and expressive writers within a well-resourced department.

• To teach English across KS3 and KS4, developing and delivering engaging lesson plans aligned with our curriculum.
• To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective schemes of learning and assessment strategies.
• To contribute to the development of our all-through curriculum, ensuring coherence and consistency across year groups.
