Workforce Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Scheduling Controller to join our Central Operations Planning team on a permanent basis at our Redditch office.
About the RoleThis is a 40-hour per week working 7am - 7pm across 7 days, as flexibility is required for this role. You will be responsible for managing and scheduling engineers through our scheduling system in accordance with agreed set SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Liaising between our field-based engineers and client premises to ensure the correct skilled engineer is allocated to attend to the job, considering store requirements, engineers' location, and priority of the job through to availability.
- Handling various requirements, including dealing with power cuts that require an engineer within 2 hours, reactive maintenance work, and legislative work against critical KPIs.
- Working against set SLAs and KPIs, being SLA/KPI driven with a passion to deliver and succeed.
- Managing challenge and persuading with ease to achieve the best solution for the customer.
We are looking for an individual with extensive knowledge of scheduling and the ability to work on their own initiative. You should have excellent administrative and time management skills, gained within a fast-paced time-pressured environment with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
What We Offer- Salary: Up to £28,938 per annum, depending on experience.
