We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a passionate advocate for student success, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students in Psychology.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher with a passion for Psychology to contribute to the growth and development of our students. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the needs of Key Stage 3 and 4 students, preparing them for success in external examinations (GCSE A Level and beyond).
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that promote student engagement and motivation.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the department's curriculum and assessment strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong subject knowledge in Psychology or a related subject.
- An ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Psychology or a related subject.
- A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
