We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our award-winning, design-led studio in London. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential BIM and Revit support, ensuring project-specific requirements are met, while driving general BIM/Revit activities across the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide BIM and Revit support across various projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and data integration.
  • Mentor and technically upskill the team on Revit best practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Oversee and optimize Revit workflows and associated technologies, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
  • Ensure delivery of consistent, coordinated models for high-quality project outcomes, meeting the highest standards of accuracy and precision.
  • Manage data production and integration with project teams, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of related software (Dynamo, Navisworks, CDEs, Enscape), with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Experience working in a BIM environment, ideally within a Level 2 BIM-accredited practice, with a deep understanding of UK BIM standards.
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Architectural Technology, with a strong foundation in design principles and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of adaptive and parametric content creation, with a passion for innovative design solutions.
  • Proven ability to work across RIBA stages on architectural and/or interior design projects, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
