About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Protection Manager to join our team at Graff Search. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for enforcing our brand's intellectual property rights and protecting our reputation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in brand protection and enforcement, with a strong understanding of trade mark law and the ability to navigate complex online and offline investigations.

You will work closely with our business-facing legal team to identify and address potential brand threats, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategies to prevent counterfeiting and infringement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce our brand's intellectual property rights and protect our reputation
  • Conduct online and offline investigations to identify potential brand threats
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customer authorities and social media platforms
  • Develop strategies to prevent counterfeiting and infringement
  • Work closely with our business-facing legal team to identify and address potential brand threats
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in brand protection and enforcement
  • Strong understanding of trade mark law
  • Ability to navigate complex online and offline investigations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a commercial way
  • Keen interest in brand protection and marketing in relation to consumer brands
