Administer contracts, including change orders, variations, and claims, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining a strong working relationship with clients and stakeholders.

Site Visits:
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, ensure quality control, and identify potential cost implications, making informed decisions to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is essential, along with a strong understanding of construction processes and cost management principles.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and a deep understanding of construction processes and cost management.
