We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant-Recruitment Specialist to join our team at E-Personnel Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with senior management and decision makers, and driving business growth through consultative sales approaches.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team of Directors who have a wealth of knowledge in their niche industry. You will have the option to work from home 2 days a week, and will be onboarded and trained by one of our directors to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior management and decision makers
  • Drive business growth through consultative sales approaches
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans
