We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lift Service Engineer Apprentice to join our team in Hampshire. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a high level of safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer care and communication
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on a range of lifts
- Undertake corrective fault finding and minor repairs
- Adhere to safety and quality procedures and policies
- Liaise with the service manager and team colleagues to ensure smooth job execution
- Complete and submit all relevant online customer portals and paperwork
- Maintain good housekeeping and service standards on site
- Enrolled on NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or Apprenticeship in Lift Engineering
- Hold EOR 202N - Lift Safety Course certification
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota and emergency cover
- Live in the area and have a full driving license
- Entitled to work in the United Kingdom
