At CAE, we are looking for a skilled Flight Simulation Engineer to join our team in Gatwick. As a Flight Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for performing complex assignments on simulators and associated systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot system-level issues.

The ideal candidate will have a 2-year technical degree or equivalent related training, with a minimum of 5 years of direct simulator experience and at least 3 years of relative simulator experience per assigned location. Proficiency in using all types of test equipment is also required, along with the ability to interpret diagnostic tools and perform preventive maintenance tasks.

In addition to these technical requirements, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. They will also be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

As a Flight Simulation Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our simulators. You will be expected to diagnose and correct complex problems, perform visual alignments, and run and evaluate Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Approval Test Guide (ATG)/Qualification Test Guide (QTG) tests.
