About the Role

Ashville Knight is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancing Support Specialist to join their busy property team in a full-service law firm. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the fee earners, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Residential Conveyancing team with their caseload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Receive and verify local searches, maintaining accurate records and updating the team accordingly.
  • Open and manage files, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to provide updates and ensure seamless communication.
  • Handle post-completion matters, including registrations, and prepare exchange and handover paperwork for the completions team.
Requirements
  • Legal Secretary/Assistant with experience in Property Law, ideally in a similar role.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills, including experience with case management systems.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and excellent client care and communication skills.
