Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Brierley Hill. As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance operations on all equipment and machinery in line with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out necessary maintenance operations to all equipment and machinery in line with company requirements.
  2. Ensure that all plant equipment and machinery is kept in good working order.
  3. Carry out all planned preventative maintenance as requested.
  4. Carry out emergency breakdown maintenance and prioritise accordingly.
  5. Report all problems regarding to equipment and machinery immediately to the maintenance manager or designated persons.
  6. Be aware of all legal and company standards and procedures in regards to health and safety and adhere to them at all times.
  7. Attend any training requested to support your role.
  8. Be prepared and willing to complete overtime as and when required.
  9. Carry out maintenance activities during shut-down periods.

Requirements:

  1. A recognised Engineering apprenticeship.
  2. Worked in a foundry environment previously or similar.
  3. Experience in welding and general fabrication work.
