Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT carve-out scenarios, red-flag reports, and cost estimations for acquired companies
  • Coordinate the implementation of IT carve-out projects after company acquisitions
  • Oversee IT transformation projects during company holding periods, including ERP modernization

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on IT strategy, governance, application, and infrastructure management, service delivery, or IT security
  • Completed studies in computer science, natural sciences, engineering, or economics
  • Experience in IT project management, IT carve-out, M&A, IT transformation, or application development as a stream lead or sub-project lead
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a consulting-oriented manner
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, implementation strength, and business/commercial acumen
  • Ability to travel regularly (3-4 days on site)
  • Fluent in English, with other language skills welcome
