Marketing Data Analyst Opportunity at Therabody

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team at Therabody, a wellness technology leader. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital marketing strategies and driving e-commerce success.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional to make a significant impact on our business. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and deriving insights from various data sources to improve the performance of our digital channels. Your expertise in website analytics and customer data will enable you to optimize our measurement approach and effectively use customer data for segmentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage website tagging protocols: Ensure accurate data collection for web analytics and marketing tracking.
  • Define KPIs and create clear reporting: Monitor marketing and site performance, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools: Track and visualize key performance metrics across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Analyze marketing data: Provide recommendations for campaign optimization and inform data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Partner with media and lifecycle marketing teams: Implement data-driven marketing strategies and automate personalized messaging through the customer data platform.
Requirements:
  • Experience with website tagging, digital analytics tools, and data reporting.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with data platforms such as CDPs and DMPs.
  • Expertise in complex data analysis, cluster analyses, and managing large data sets.
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
