About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers and technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize workload and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coach and develop team members to optimize their capabilities and improve process efficiency.
  • Implement predictive maintenance tasks to optimize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Recommend changes to PPM tasks to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Participate in major repair projects and develop reliability techniques and processes to deliver improvements.
  • Ensure 100% compliance of scheduled PPM through the CMMS system.
  • Propose and implement improvements and innovations to enhance engineering processes.


Requirements


  • FMCG industry experience preferred.
  • Educated to ONC level or equivalent preferred.
  • Electrical or Mechanical bias (both positions available).
  • Experience leading a small team.


What We Offer


Salary up to £50K + benefits. 12-hour shifts – 4 on 4 off.
