We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, either by phone or in writing
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements
