We are seeking a skilled Coating Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. This role involves preparing, mixing, and applying coatings to achieve a flawless finish on various products.

Key Responsibilities:

Coating Preparation: Mix coatings to the required specifications and thoroughly prep surfaces for optimal adhesion.

Application: Apply coatings using spray equipment, ensuring an even, high-quality finish across various products.

Quality Control: Inspect all completed work to ensure it meets quality and specification standards.

Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on spray equipment and report any issues, as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a coating specialist in the shop fitting, joinery, engineering, or automotive sectors. They should be familiar with various types of coatings and skilled in mixing to exact specifications. Strong attention to detail is essential, along with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 32 days' annual leave, Westfield Health cover, and a company pension scheme. Overtime is guaranteed at time and a quarter, and an early Friday finish is also available.
