Property Transaction Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. This role involves supporting fee-earners through all stages of residential property transactions, requiring someone who can work independently and handle various administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality service to clients throughout the transaction process.
- Communicate effectively with clients through multiple channels.
- Manage the case management system in accordance with firm procedures.
- Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings.
- Attend meetings and record minutes when necessary.
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as copying, printing, and sorting mail.
- Meet deadlines and respond promptly to client inquiries.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a secretary or legal assistant is required.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using case management systems is essential.
- Effective communication and client-focused skills are required.
