We work with women and children, offering services tailored to the unique needs of survivors.

The Role

As Deputy Director of Fundraising, you will oversee income generation activities, leading a team to achieve an annual net income target of approximately £2 million. You will develop and implement strategies for statutory and non-statutory funding streams, drive innovation in income generation approaches, ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practices, and collaborate with the Communications, Partnerships & Public Affairs team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet the annual net income target of £2 million.
  • Drive innovation in income generation approaches and explore new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Communications, Partnerships & Public Affairs team to achieve organisational goals.
About You

To be considered, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a senior fundraising or business development role.
  • A successful track record of achieving income generation targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
