Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and decorating, with a strong focus on ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all decorating tasks, including surface preparation and application of paint, varnish, and other finishes.
  • Assist with the selection and procurement of painting and decorating materials through established protocols.
  • Coordinate and chaperone contractors on-site, completing any necessary paperwork.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in painting and decorating, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to requests from the Regional Facilities Manager.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
