Commercial Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out and research businesses within commercial sectors to develop a sales pipeline.
- Review and identify the commercial insurance needs of prospects and advise on insurance products.
- Utilize training, support, and resources to develop an in-depth understanding of target commercial sectors and associated insurance products.
- Hand over new clients to the customer-focused team of Service, Claims, and Account Management colleagues, ensuring that new business is well looked after and retained come renewal.
Requirements:
- UK driving license essential.
- Insurance experience essential.
- Previous experience working with high-net-worth individuals desirable.
- Previous experience working in a targeted sales environment essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong IT literacy, with social media skills desirable but not essential.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks.
