Commercial Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out and research businesses within commercial sectors to develop a sales pipeline.
  • Review and identify the commercial insurance needs of prospects and advise on insurance products.
  • Utilize training, support, and resources to develop an in-depth understanding of target commercial sectors and associated insurance products.
  • Hand over new clients to the customer-focused team of Service, Claims, and Account Management colleagues, ensuring that new business is well looked after and retained come renewal.

Requirements:

  • UK driving license essential.
  • Insurance experience essential.
  • Previous experience working with high-net-worth individuals desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a targeted sales environment essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT literacy, with social media skills desirable but not essential.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks.
