Broadcast Journalism Lecturer

We are seeking a highly experienced Broadcast Journalism Lecturer to join our team at the Association for Journalism Education. The successful candidate will have a strong background in broadcast journalism, with a focus on sports journalism. They will be responsible for teaching and developing our industry-accredited programmes, as well as contributing to the academic development of our students.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience as a senior broadcast journalist, with a proven track record of success in the industry. They will also have a good honours degree or equivalent in a relevant area, and ideally a formal teaching qualification or be a Registered Practitioner of the Higher Education Academy.

As a Lecturer in Sports Broadcast Journalism, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality teaching and learning materials, as well as contributing to the development of our industry partnerships and marketing our programmes.
