FLT Counterbalance Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team at Proman. As a FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift to move materials and products around the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift to move materials and products around the warehouse
• Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
• Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to meet production targets
• Empty skips on site and load/unload vehicles
• Participate in regular warehouse cleaning and organization

Requirements:

• Valid, in-date FLT counterbalance license
• Ability to work weekly rotating shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
