Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine repair requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems and repair methods.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve seamless inspection and estimation processes.
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding vehicle condition and necessary repairs.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a fast-paced body shop setting.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.

Benefits Package:

  • A salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience.
