Location: Remote (2 Days On-Site Per Week)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Team Lead to join our team at Zenovo. As a key member of our electronics product development team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6-8 Hardware/Electronic Engineers and supporting all electronic product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers through all stages of a product development lifecycle
  • Manage project timelines and liaise with internal management and stakeholders
  • Work closely and collaborate with other teams within the business, including software and test teams
  • Recruit junior, mid, and senior-level hardware engineers to work in your team
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for product development and team management

Requirements:

  • Experience working on wireless electronic devices/products
  • PCB design, analogue, and digital design, as well as schematic capture
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
