Job Overview

Talent Finder is seeking a highly skilled Trauma Informed Programme Manager to lead our client's ambitious plan to make Crossroads Care SEL a trauma informed and trauma responsive organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading programmes and services, and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of trauma informed care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a trauma informed programme
  • Work closely with the senior management team to ensure the programme is aligned with the organisation's overall strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, staff, and partners
  • Monitor and evaluate the programme's effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience of leading programmes and services
  • Strong understanding of trauma informed care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £36,500 per annum
  • 35 hours per week
