The Role:

As a Multiskilled Engineer, your primary focus will be on preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. You will work closely with production and technical teams to maintain and improve equipment performance, supporting the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in line with production schedules.
  • Collaborate with production teams to maintain and improve equipment performance.

Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive Multiskilled Engineer with a passion for engineering excellence and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (ONC/BTEC Level 3) / HNC / ONC etc.
  • Proven experience in engineering and fault-finding within an FMCG environment, preferably the food industry.
