We are seeking an experienced NMC Registered Nurse to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes, a leading provider of care services in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our homes.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating nursing care across multiple sites, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional resident outcomes. You will work closely with our clinical teams to develop and implement effective care plans, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Coordinate nursing care activities across multiple sites
• Develop and implement effective care plans
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices

**Salary & Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of £18.74 per hour (rising to £19.74 after one year post-qualification experience) plus benefits, including comprehensive training and development opportunities, health insurance, and pension scheme.
