Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cosmetic Dentist to join our team at our Newtown Road practice in central Rushden. As a Self-employed Locum Dentist, you will have the flexibility to choose your working hours, location, and duration of agreement.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and work-life balance, with access to training and development opportunities through the mydentist Academy. You will also be part of a well-led practice with a friendly and supportive team, including 7 fully-qualified and experienced dental nurses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality dental care to our patients, using the latest equipment and materials available in our advanced practice.
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced teams of local clinicians to provide comprehensive dental services.
  • Contribute to the success of our practice by developing your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements
  • Degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Salary and Package

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive a percentage of the revenue generated from private work, as well as access to a range of benefits and perks.
