We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group, providing care and support to a lady with advanced multiple sclerosis in her family home.
About the Role:
This is a part-time role, working 15 hours a week, with the possibility of more hours becoming available as the client's package increases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the client with her daily needs, including managing her oxygen levels and encouraging her to engage in activities such as games, reading, and listening to music.
- Building a strong rapport with the client and her family, who are very welcoming and supportive.
- Working collaboratively with the client's family to ensure her care needs are met.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to the client.
Requirements:
- Chatty and outgoing personality with a good sense of humour.
- Ability to understand and empathize with the client's condition.
- Kind and caring nature.
- Good communication skills.

- Competitive hourly rate of up to £13.50 (depending on experience).
