Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

Opus People Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join their Property consultancy in Matlock. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction, a degree in Building Surveying or relevant experience, and a full UK driving license.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing organisation that values its people and has earned recognition from Investors in People with a Silver award. The team has expanded significantly in the last 12 months, and they are looking for individuals who want to grow with them.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of building construction and planning legislation
  • Strong understanding of health and safety protocols
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Building Surveying, with Chartership preferable
