We are seeking a dedicated SEN teaching assistant to join our team at a great school based in Wandsworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychology graduate to develop their skills and experience in working with students with special educational needs (SEN).

As a SEN teaching assistant, you will provide support and assistance to students with varying levels of need, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will contribute to a safe and productive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth among students.

Your role will involve providing individual and group support, adapting activities to meet the needs of students, and collaborating with teachers to plan and implement effective interventions.

To succeed in this position, you will possess a patient and understanding approach, be flexible in your practice, and have a genuine interest in working with students with SEND.

An existing DBS check on the update service is required, with new checks available for those who do not already hold one.

The salary for this role is £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience, with Protocol Education offering competitive rates and ongoing support throughout your placement.
