Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities

Royal Free London Property Services Ltd is seeking an exceptional Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of estates, facilities, property, and capital support services at the Royal Free London Hospital.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and deliver site-specific strategies in accordance with statutory and mandatory drivers and in line with the Royal Free London Hospital Wider Estates & Facilities strategy.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in the delivery of estates and facilities management services, contributing to the Trust's financial efficiency and quality improvement programmes.
- Provide operational leadership for the Hard & Soft FM service level agreement at the Royal Free London Hospital, ensuring continuous improvement and excellent staff engagement.

Requirements- Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values.
- Master's degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering, facilities management, or equivalent. And/or equivalent experience.
- Chartered Membership of an appropriate institution in engineering, facilities management, surveying, building, or equivalent.
- Significant and relevant estates or facilities operational management at senior level in both the public and private sector.
- Wide technical knowledge, including legislation.
- Management of operational estates and facilities budgets.
- Planning and delivery of cost improvements.
- Development and implementation of multiyear asset management plans inclusive of modernisation and PPM related aspects.
