About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Partnerships Executive & Project Lead to join our Commercial team at the British Heart Foundation. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, focusing on developing partnerships across various channels to source donated stock for our shops, stores, and online channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing partnerships to maximize their potential
  • Develop new business by signing up universities that will yield maximum stock for our areas
  • Lead projects from inception to completion, supporting income growth and volunteer engagement
  • Analyse data and provide impactful reports to stakeholders, showcasing the sustainability and success of our partnerships
Working Arrangements

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our Edinburgh office. This role will require some travel across Scotland.

  • A strong communicator with excellent presentation, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Experienced in account management, new business development, and project management
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable, with an understanding of ESG and sustainability
