About the Role
  • You will work closely with our Sales Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities in aerospace, defence, and tier one OEM markets.
  • Your primary focus will be on developing new relationships and winning new projects from existing customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales management, or technical sales with a strong track record of success.
  • Expertise in sales strategy, market analysis, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with the aerospace, defence, and tier one OEM industries and their associated technologies.
What We Offer
  • A highly competitive basic salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
  • Bonus and commission structure offering up to 20-25% of basic salary (uncapped).
  • Car allowance and mileage reimbursement.
  • Pension scheme and comprehensive benefits package.
Estimate Salary Range

£63,750 - £84,500 per annum based on industry standards.
