Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake product safety functional design analysis and provide specialist safety advice to support the development of safe products.
  • Produce product safety evidence to support qualification, legislative requirements, and safety justifications.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure their product safety requirements are met.
  • Provide realistic programme status and identify problem areas to implement recovery plans for product safety activities.

Requirements

  • Under supervision, undertake product safety functional design analysis and/or provide specialist safety advice of their scope of responsibility.
  • Under supervision, produce product safety evidence of their scope of responsibility in support of qualification, legislative requirements, and safety justifications.
  • Liaise with both internal and external customers as required ensuring that their product safety requirements are adequately supported.
