Swimming Instructor

At City Venue Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aquatic Educator to join our team of swim teachers at Runcorn Pool.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping the lives of children through water-based activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging swimming lessons that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 3-18 years. With a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork, our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for aquatic education.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A recognized Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification or equivalent.
• A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both children and their parents.
