Support Worker for Independent Living

Care By Us Ltd is a leading provider of home care services, and we are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our team.
In this role, you will work with clients to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
You will also provide practical support with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, plus paid mileage, and a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, and access to our in-house app.
Key Responsibilities• Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
