Job Overview

ABehaviour Support Worker is required to work with a small group of young people who find it challenging to engage in the classroom, as part of a specialist SEND provision.

About the Role

This is a full-time, long-term position. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Autism or other additional needs and a passion for education and helping others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop strategies to support students with complex needs.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to students who struggle with classroom engagement.
  • Collaborate with the school's multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
