Join Our Team as a Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our Children Looked After Teams in Slough. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and young people, working closely with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role
  • Work with children and young people from 0 to 18 years old, supporting them to achieve permanency through adoption or long-term care.
  • Develop good relationships with children and young people, and have a positive impact on their lives.
  • Have an allocation of children and young people with whom you will care plan, safeguard, and support to achieve their best potential.
  • Work with Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children and develop your skills and knowledge in completing age assessments.
