We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team at TXM Recruit. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for conducting fixed wire testing and completing laptop-based EICRs (electrical installation condition reports) in commercial properties across South London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting fixed wire testing and completing laptop-based EICRs (electrical installation condition reports)
  • Completing emergency light testing and remedial work, including socket, light, and switch changes
  • General electrical maintenance within commercial buildings

Requirements:

  • 18th edition qualification, 2391 or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
  • Experience in commercial electrical maintenance
